1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit www.neovivum.com (the “Website”), including through cookies, and how it is used.
The data controller is Neovivum Technologies d.o.o. Novi Sad, company registration no. 21927228, tax ID (PIB) 113796634, registered in Novi Sad, Republic of Serbia (“Neovivum”, “we”, “us”). We process personal data in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (“Službeni glasnik RS”, no. 87/2018) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data the Website collects
The Website has no user accounts or forms, so we collect only technical data about your visit. Some of it is collected automatically; the rest only if you accept cookies.

Google Analytics does not store full IP addresses. We cannot identify you by name from this data, and we do not combine it with other data about you.
We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions about you.
3. Cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We set only necessary cookies by default; all others load only after you accept them in our cookie banner.

4. Who receives the data
- Unlimited.rs (Serbia) hosts the Website and keeps the server logs on our behalf.
- Google (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC) provides Google Analytics on our behalf.
- YouTube (Google) receives data when you play an embedded video. Our videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not store information about you unless you play a video. Google then acts as a separate controller under the Google Privacy Policy.
Google may process data in the United States. It relies on standard contractual clauses and, for EU data, its certification under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
We may also disclose data to authorities where the law requires it.
5. Security
The Website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to the Website’s back end and statistics is limited to authorised staff.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect use before it). Email info@neovivum.com and we will reply within 30 days. Because the Website does not collect names, we may need details from you (such as the date and time of your visit) to find your data.
You may also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (Poverenik), Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, 11000 Belgrade, www.poverenik.rs, or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
7. Other websites
The Website links to other sites, such as LinkedIn and YouTube. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
8. Children
The Website is not aimed at children under 15.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
